Subtitling is probably one of the most popular types of translation jobs. Everybody needs subtitling, starting from companies presenting their services to their potential international clients, across movie industry, to the education and software engineering industries. Video material is more catchy than written material and this is the reason why more and more companies and schools, especially those with e-learning platforms, choose to reach their clients worldwide through video presentations with live subtitles.

For example, you have to pay attention to the chosen subtitle file format because some electronic devices don’t recognize all formats (although the most common format is .srt). In addition, the displayed text has to be adjusted to the subtitle editing software rules, such as the number of displayed rows and line length.
